eBay - Power Of Positive Communication


The power of positive communication works wonders. No matter what you do to give great customer service there is always that one customer that is hard to please. The best advice I can give you in this situation is to communicate and apologize for any misunderstandings. In the end if you have done all that you could to resolve the situation and they still are not satisfied offer to refund their money.

    With paypal do you have the Paypal Debit card? I have been selling on ebay for a long time (since 03 - I just hit 500 feedback and was super excited because I have a purple star now!) and I have the debit card. I just read your entire blog because I am a stay at home mom and want to learn to make MORE on ebay, to supplement the income in our home. I did not see anything mentioned in your blog but did you know that if you have a paypal debit card and you use it to make your purchases - you get cash back to your paypal account. So when you get these GREAT deals, use a coupon to save more and pay with your paypal card - you save even more!! I think it is only like 1%, but thats just more money back to you! I use my card to purchase EVERYTHING related to my business!
