A clear return policy reassures buyers and increases your eBay sales. It has been said that many eBay buyers will not bid on an item if the return policy is not clear nor fair.

I personally have always offered a 100% satisfaction guaranteed within 7 days of receiving an item. To this day I still have not received a return. However, now that I’m bragging I should start to see some returns soon.
